The entrance and the staff were friendly, but the bathroom was filthy with a shower that barely reached our shoulders, stains, hair and food crumbs on the bed, and we had to call room service three times just to get it a bit cleaner; the indoor pool had green film on the tiles and an oily layer on the water, and the breakfast room was as dirty as our room, so we checked out after one night and moved elsewhere.

I was initially impressed by the hotel's breakfast organization, which offered a bit of variety beyond the usual Indonesian menu. The staff were generally courteous and helpful, with the receptionist being particularly friendly and accommodating. The bed was clean and comfortable, which was a plus. However, my room was not up to par in terms of cleanliness, with dirty towels, a pungent bathroom smell, and dust on the surfaces.

I was really pleased with my stay at this hotel, thanks to its fantastic location right on the main road, which made it easy to get around. The room was spacious and had a strong shower, and the Wi-Fi worked well. I also appreciated the convenient basement parking and the decent breakfast, which included a great omelet and sunny-side up eggs.
