The reception staff were wonderful. I had an accident on arrival. I tripped down a step in the hotel and landed on my hand and arm tearing skin from my elbow. The reception staff brought a first aid kit and cleaned the area and dressed my elbow and purchased further dressing with surgical cleaning. They were fantastic, the rooftop bar and restaurant are well staffed providing good food and the best riverside views in the whole of Bangkok

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the location is close to hostess bars. Our room 103 was dated with Spartan equipment, overall cleanliness was just acceptable, and the paint looked shabby. The bathroom lacked features, and there was nowhere to store things.

The place was generally clean, but the bathroom had a strong odor from the plumbing. The staff were not very friendly and the front desk didn't seem to welcome guests.

It’s close to the beach and about a 40‑minute drive from the bus station. The breakfast, however, was not hot enough.
