The place was very clean, the staff friendly and accommodating, and the pillows were the best I’ve had. Small issues: no sink in the room and a coffee pot would have been nice. The Bakso was delicious.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff friendly, making us feel at home. Even though the building was under renovation, it didn’t disturb our holiday peace. Thanks to the entire management team at Sans Arya Hotel for helping us enjoy our stay in Batu.
