The staff were excellent, handling every request with ease and accommodating specific dietary needs; nothing else was an issue.

I loved it 5★; all pools, spas, everything was free, and everyone—especially the staff—was so nice; I would never stay at a 3★ again after trying this place.

I first booked a sea‑view twin room and it was everything I could wish for: the bed was incredibly comfortable, the bedroom and bathroom were huge, and the spa facilities were great, very well kept and relaxing; the food was all delicious, though there were only a few gluten‑free options, so I had to repeat a handful of dishes throughout the week, but each was tasty. Later we had to switch to an accessible room for personal reasons, which meant moving to mountain views and the bed was hard, making it hard to sleep after the first two nights on the comfiest bed; the shower had very low pressure, so washing my hair was a long, incomplete process; and there was a lot of noise from neighbours and general building sounds that were annoying.
