The hotel is stylish and sits in a historic spot, with large rooms that feature a sitting area and a fireplace. The restaurant serves excellent food at a reasonable price, and the owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. Its central location makes it easy to travel to other cities in the region, though the village itself offers little.

Everything about our stay—property, location, room, staff, and food—went beyond what we expected, all of it top quality.

The breakfast was tasty, the overall ambience pleasant, and the evening meals in the garden were delicious. The large swimming pool was lovely, and the castle tour was great, even though we had to climb many stairs up to the tower. All in all, everything was perfect.
