A very good stay, the staff were all smiling. I recommend it. Nothing else to add.

Booking turned out to be unreliable; we booked a room in Kuala Lumpur, the hotelier wasn’t there and we got no room, forcing us to scramble for another hotel. Several messages went unanswered by Booking, and there was no assistance at all.
