“Beautiful surroundings and facilities. One of the nicest spas to visit.”
Breakfast and lunch were wonderful, and the staff were friendly and professional. The property itself is amazing and a lovely retreat. However, all the pools had the same tepid temperature, and we were surprised there were no hot tubs above 36 degrees.

Everything was fine. The restaurant for dinner closes too early (21:00 is the last time you can sit down and order), and during the day there is an overwhelming influx of people from outside the hotel who come to use the wellness area, which makes the environment quite chaotic and not very exclusive for a hotel of this category.

The staff were courteous and professional, the place was clean, the location was great, and the food—both in the restaurant and at breakfast—was top quality. The bed, however, had some slats that came loose during the night, and there was no oral hygiene kit provided.
