“A relaxing and very comfortable stay”

We stayed four nights at an amazing hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The rooms were spotless and comfy, with a lake view. Spending five days here was truly wonderful, enjoying all the comforts and outstanding food.

The team at this resort was excellent and kind, making our stay truly enjoyable. The restaurant was also outstanding, serving delicious meals that exceeded our expectations. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and appreciated the warm welcome from the staff.

My stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to its serene location and breathtaking views of Begnas Lake. On rainy days, the lake transforms into a golden haven, and the peaceful atmosphere is simply captivating. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always checking in to ensure my comfort. The food was delicious, especially the Nepali khana set, and the room service was a lovely touch. While the pool could use some cleaning, the hotel's proximity to the lake made up for it.

“Disappointing”

Although my room was clean and comfortable, and the food was enjoyable, my overall experience was marred by the hotel's lack of management. It was clear that the facilities were being neglected, and the pool was dirty. While the staff seemed sincere, they lacked proper training, which made our stay feel somewhat disorganized. Despite this, the room was a pleasant surprise, and the food was a highlight of our stay.
