Excellent staff service, they helped us with everything we needed (took us to the train station to buy a ticket, laundry service, arranged transport for us). Cleaning left something to be desired, the bed sheets were dirty, torn, and the bathroom was dirty. The cleaning staff only adjusted the bed sheet, on some days they didn’t even take out the trash from the bathroom.

“Good place to stay, decent property, good value for money”

The staff were welcoming and the rooms were close by, especially Harshit who was very helpful. However, there were frequent power cuts and sometimes the service lagged a bit.

We liked the staff at the hotel especially Harshit. He tool care of us like his own family and truly stood upto what Varanasi people are known for- their kindness and helpful nature. Hotel also offered a complimentary Temple visits which were very exclusive and hidden gems of Varanasi. 1. Rooms were not available when we reached hotel at 3 2. Wifi was not working

“Overall, a satisfying experience—I would recommend this hotel to others and look forward to visiting”

The stay was very comfortable and pleasant, with staff who were cooperative, courteous, and helpful throughout. Prices were reasonable and offered good value. Still, cleanliness near the entrance needed improvement, room cleaning should be more thorough and consistent, and linens should be changed daily to maintain freshness and hygiene.
