The repairs were unfinished.

Everything at breakfast seemed fake: the eggs, potatoes, and oatmeal all looked inauthentic.

“It was wonderful”

I liked that I could literally reach all the stores with no problem; I liked everything.

⭐️⭐️ I really wanted to like this hotel, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. We paid nearly $400 for two rooms. One of the rooms was 3 hours late for check-in, and when we finally got into the other room, it was disgusting and not up to an acceptable standard of cleanliness. After bringing the issues to their attention, I was told that I would receive a refund. Instead, after being given the runaround, I was ultimately offered $15 on a nearly $400 stay. The biggest issue for me isn’t just that there were problems with the rooms—it’s how the situation was handled afterward. If you tell a guest they will receive a refund, you should honor that commitment. Offering $15 after everything we experienced was extremely disappointing. I would expect much better communication, cleanliness, and customer service for what we paid

“Good place to rest & get ready to fly out!”

The place was clean and comfortable, nothing more to say.
