Sehr nettes Personal. Berat und Emir waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage war top! Frühstück war auch gut. Zimmer im Keller ohne Fenster. Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht richtig. Matratzen durch gelegen

The breakfasts were very good, and the location is perfect for exploring Istanbul. It’s very close to the main sights, such as the Blue Mosque, Sultanahmet Square, and Hagia Sophia. There are plenty of great restaurants and a typical Turkish bazaar nearby. The staff is very friendly, especially Berat who checked us in and was extremely helpful. The reception is open 24/7 and always ready to help whenever needed.

The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the facilities are immaculate: the room is very comfortable and always clean. What really sets it apart is the human quality of the staff—they’re super kind and attentive, giving great suggestions and directions for seeing Istanbul, and even lending you an Istanbulkart and an umbrella if you need it. The breakfast is complete, and having free tea, coffee, and water 24 hours a day is a fantastic bonus.

The rooms feature ensuite bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a balcony with a slight sea view; the beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of storage, and the wooden finishes were beautiful. The location is great for attractions, trains, local parks, and shops, though the stairwells were narrow, the staff were very accommodating and helped carry luggage up and on departure.
