I can recommend the hotel without reservation; the staff were exceptionally friendly and always helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and the fitness studio was well equipped for sports enthusiasts.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel. The property was clean, the staff were amazing, and the buffet breakfast was incredible. Everything about my stay was perfect, and I couldn't find anything to complain about.

I've always chosen Bigland Bogor Hotel for its excellent location, but my recent stay was a bit of a letdown. As a regular guest, I was expecting better service, but the housekeeping was subpar. My room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, and the towels were of poor quality. I hope they'll take steps to improve their service.
