There was nothing positive; it was horrible, nasty, and unacceptable for anyone to stay. The front desk agent offered a refund and a second room, but that room was saturated with cigarette smoke and filthy sheets. Overall, the rooms were filled with human pubic hair, lashes, dirty sheets, and smelled like a carton of cigarettes—an utterly awful experience.

The front desk lady went above and beyond to find us a decent room after the day staff had mistakenly given our reserved and paid-for room to someone else. Arriving after 3:00, our room was still not ready because of a short staff; we had to attend an event at about 11:00 pm, only to discover the hotel was fully booked and our room had been reassigned. It was nasty: young people were partying all night, playing loud music and running from room to room, with smoke from other rooms leaking into our vents all night. The bedding and towels were stained and looked nasty.
