The location was good, but during payment the BB Hotel system errored and charged us twice, so we paid for three nights instead of two.

The new rooms were nice, but the staff were rude and the location is far from everything, even the airport.

The manager was a rude, aggressive, racist person who verbally attacked me for no reason and shouted alone because I had politely asked for a room that didn’t share a lift; thanks to the front‑desk lady for somewhat calming his outburst.
