The bedroom light and TV were both non‑functional; the staff tried to fix them but failed, and when we asked for a room change they said all rooms were occupied; paying almost $300 for a single night felt like a disappointment.

I love how calm the place feels; the staff are always friendly and smile no matter when you visit, and they’re very helpful. The suite matched my expectations—clean, sound‑proof, and I heard no outside noise. The Junior Suite even has a thermostat to adjust the temperature, and it looks exactly like the photo. The only downside is that housekeeping doesn’t come daily, so you sometimes have to request it, but you can ask for fresh towels at the service counter and the staff will immediately clean the room if you let them know. I recommend this hotel 100%.

The staff were absolutely amazing—personable, professional, and just so kind. The only downside was the busy location, which made getting in and out difficult, but that’s beyond your control.

Kim at the front desk went above and beyond to resolve a reservation issue, and the general manager Sam was also incredible in helping me. The only drawback was that the breakfast didn’t feel worth the $16.95 price.
