The staff, Orlando and Eric, were fantastic, ensuring our safety and arranging all necessary accommodations, while the only downside was the limited food options for guests on excursions.

The aromas and the service of the staff were nice, but the housekeeper’s service, uncomfortable beds, and the damaged room air were disappointing.
