The reception was impersonal and they didn't explain the complex electricity work or the need to turn on the water heater. They cut the power to the room before we left and even during our stay, so we couldn't keep the fan or AC running. The rooms were dirty; we had to request a sheet change, and the first room offered had a strong tobacco smell. The AC and fan were noisy. The hotel looks nice in photos but isn't worth the price.

Very beautiful hotel built in a Havelock with lovely décor. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and have excellent bedding. The food is great and the staff are very friendly. Nothing to complain about.

Hearty breakfast, spacious and clean room, beautiful central courtyard and the option to eat on a covered terrace. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for walking around the city. Quiet. Nice pool. No complaints.
