The room was good. The TV didn’t work and it wasn’t worth the price.

I booked a private room on 1st Jan to stay for 1 night and upon arriving at the reception I was told the room was not available. I have been contacting them non-stop to get a refund but I have been ignored both by email and . Also, the hostel had a really bad smell upon entering the lobby. Scam artists. Avoid!!!. The welcome was good, but the common area was poorly equipped—no dishes—and there was a major key problem in the room; there weren’t enough keys for each dorm user.
