Customer service was excellent and very accommodating, but the elevator was broken and the hallway carpets were dirty.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

The key codes failed, so the staff had to let me into the room. The walls are so thin that I could hear everyone else's TV, and there was hair in the shower.

The staff were rude, the manager is a liar, and everyone is very disrespectful. I didn't like anything about them; they are infested with roaches, bedbugs, and the staff members are lying.
