The rooms were upscale, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were very attentive. The pool was dirty, night noise from the adjacent club was disturbing, and drinks by the pool cost €12 for a can of Coke.

Breakfast was decent. We were assigned room 106, which has a lift right next to its only window. During the day it’s fine, but from 9 pm the lift starts and the noise is unbearable, shaking the whole room until 4 am. I asked the front desk for a change, but they couldn’t move me. They told me the manager knows about the noise issue in rooms 106 and 107. We asked to cancel those rooms, but they opposed it, even though it’s the staff’s job to handle guest complaints. The hotel’s club noise isn’t related to the lift problem. So if you’re handed rooms 106 or 107 on arrival, refuse and leave—you won’t sleep.
