The view of the Matterhorn from our room was exceptional and the spa facilities were very good, but some areas were a bit tired, service was slow, and there was AstroTurf grass.

Close to the ski slopes, rental shops, and the village—everything. The staff were courteous and attentive: Mr. Enrico gave us route and slope suggestions, Ahmed drove us in his shuttle and picked us up at the station, and the blond guy with the manager in the breakfast room. No complaints. I’d suggest adding a post‑ski afternoon snack corner with tea and some cakes.
