The room’s layout was nice, but there was no table or desk. The new vertical steam iron was efficient, yet its position made it hard to find a spot to use it.

The place was spotless and comfy, perfectly situated in Rome, and it had a lift. Check‑in was handled entirely online and via messages, straightforward with clear instructions. We only stayed one night because we were heading back to Australia the next day. The only minor gripe was that paper cups were used instead of wine glasses.

The room matched the photos perfectly, was spotlessly clean, and the host did daily housekeeping. Talking to the host was a breeze and he was genuinely friendly. The neighborhood isn’t ideal, but the train station and Trevi Fountain are both a 15‑minute walk away. It was very quiet, probably because I was lucky with the guests next to me. I’d recommend it. The elevator is a hassle since both doors must be opened by hand; if you’re carrying a few shopping bags it’s nearly impossible, so I had to climb the three‑floor stairs.

It was normal; we had a small issue that was easy to fix, but they didn’t help us resolve it. The place smelled bad.
