Cleanliness, order, pleasant atmosphere, self‑service laundry at the entrance, convenient location, comfortable room, hot water and good shower flow; the staff were courteous. The hotel is excellent, especially for two trips before and after a northern gopher tour. The staff are friendly, offer maps, can arrange tours, give attraction recommendations, and more.

The hotel was pleasant and clean, with comfortable rooms. Breakfast offered a varied and tasty selection, staff were friendly and courteous, and the pool was nice – the kids loved it. Self‑service laundry facilities were a big plus. Walking distance to the Old City and the Nimman neighborhood, and a short Grab ride to anywhere else, made it good value for the price. I would recommend it. The staff were polite, but they didn't know how to give tourist information such as tour bookings, city maps, or activity suggestions – something that could be easily added. Agencies are fine, but a travel desk in the hotel would be better. It’s not a major drawback for us, but hotel managers should consider this.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good. The reception staff were not very friendly.
