This was the most beautiful property in all of Sri Lanka. The owners were incredibly courteous and friendly, making us feel completely at ease. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and the entire estate, including the pool, was spotless. We even rented bicycles and rode around the area—it was wonderful.

The Sri Lankan breakfast was great. The housekeeper, Dharma, was very nice. The location is quieter than the town, and the gardens are beautiful; the rooms are lovely.

The pool and gardens are stunning, it’s very peaceful, and the two rescued dogs are a joy to have around. The rooms are spacious, include a fridge, and the bed is comfortable. The Sri Lankan breakfast is good. Arrival instructions could have been clearer, and the AC could have been cooler.

I loved the riverside spot. The welcome was warm, and the room was large—almost a small apartment with a tiny kitchen and a big bathroom featuring a nice shower. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. We didn’t have an adapter that matched the electrical outlet.
