Good location, pleasant pool. The rooms lacked a minibar (fridge) and the barbecue area was poorly maintained.

The reservation wasn’t accepted and there was no room available; I had booked weeks in advance.

The staff’s service was excellent, especially Natanael, who was always ready to answer any question or resolve any issue that came up.

The place is gorgeous, with a pool surrounded by jungle that feels like a charm. The reception staff were impeccable, always ready to help with whatever we needed, and they suggested places and food. The only downside was that there was no mirror in the room, only in the bathroom.
