The location was good, but the pillows were bad, the air conditioning didn’t work, there was a lot of noise, the bed was very uncomfortable, and there was a pen stain on the sheets.

The location is good, the bed is comfortable. It’s a hostel, so you have to judge it by its category. I wish there were a hanger, even a simple peg to hang clothes.

The place was close to where I needed to go and the metro made it easy to reach any part of the city and the airport, but room 17 was next to a very noisy street on Saturday night; I could barely sleep with the people shouting until the early hours, and it would have been better if it were more sound‑proofed.

I liked the location in the heart of Moncloa, the room was clean and had everything needed, but the wardrobe was more lying down than standing, which was a bit of a drawback.

The value for money was good, everything was standard.
