The staff were very friendly, and the room was both attractive and comfortable.

It’s close to the pier, a 7/11, and a Grab stop; the staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The room was small, but that was only for one night.

The hotel faces a 7‑Eleven and is decent considering the surroundings. Ants were everywhere; one night was tolerable, but more than that would be problematic.
