The reception was very friendly and professional, the room matched the description, the beds were good, the bathroom was huge, and breakfast was tasty with a wide variety; parking in front of the door costs €10 per day, which offers good value for money. The outdoor terrace was very pleasant, and we really enjoyed our stay. The downside was that the parking spots we reserved never ended up in the same place, even though we had a personal reservation with a sign. A Kleenex box in the bathroom would have been nice, and the hallway lighting was sometimes dim because some ceiling fixtures were out.

We were almost accused of booking only one night, even though it was a girls’ trip and the number of nights shouldn’t matter; we were also criticized for having just breakfast included, but we wanted to keep our options open for dining inside or outside the hotel, and the restaurant was available, so I didn’t worry. That evening we chose to dine at the hotel during the grill night, which turned out to be a big mistake: the food was cold and the turkey wasn’t fully cooked because the choice of lean meat was limited. We had to wait 30 minutes before a waitress asked if we wanted a drink, and when we ordered another drink after 20 minutes, we were told we’d already paid and left without receiving it. Breakfast was also disappointing: the coffee tasted off, the fruit was not fresh and was cut too large, and the selection was bland. I didn’t feel my money was worth it, and I can’t see how the hotel earned its stars. The staff seemed unmotivated, and I’ll never book there again. The room we booked had a balcony with a “mountain view,” but there was no mountain—just the smell of the kitchen. If you step 0.5 m onto the balcony, you’re right next to the neighboring room. The description was completely misleading. The cutlery was dirty and everything felt very old.

“Mit mehr Personal könnte es richtig gut sein”

The room was spacious, the Wi‑Fi worked well, and the breakfast buffet was tasty. The indoor pool was a nice touch, but there weren't enough staff on hand and there was no daily room service. The restaurant only offered a buffet, which was a bit limiting.

“Zuvorkommend, erholend und eine tolle Verpflegung”

The staff were very friendly and let me into my room early, which was great. I also enjoyed using the gondolas, a real highlight. I wish I’d known they offered à la carte dinner in the evening – I’d have skipped the buffet, that’s not my style.
