The staff were very friendly and helpful; no question was too much. Breakfast was fine. We had storage and charging options for our bikes. The rooms were spacious and tidy.

The hotel was comfy and in a good spot, staff were friendly and attentive, breakfast was very good and varied, and parking on the premises was free. The bathroom felt a bit old‑fashioned and could use a refresh.

The view from the room was spectacular, with the Eiger and Jungfrau rising above the horizon far beyond my expectations, and breakfast was delicious and highly satisfying; after two nights I was thoroughly entertained. Using two rooms, one had already been renovated and was wonderful in terms of ambience and facilities, while the other was still pre‑renovation and felt rather sparse.
