The person serving coffee was really attentive.

The location and the staff’s service were okay; the heater was broken and we had to replace it, there was little winter bedding, breakfast was nice but the black coffee was weak and the cakes were stale or hard, otherwise everything was fine.
The staff were friendly, but the maintenance was lacking.
The room was very clean, simple and organized, but the cold in Lages demanded more comfort—there was no hot tap and the shower couldn't keep the heat. The room had almost no outlets, and the bathroom had none at all, making it feel under‑structured.
