The owners provided precise information, the place was clean, the terrace was huge even though I didn’t use it, the building’s security was solid, and the room, toilet, and shower were private. Nothing special.

We booked a single night to catch Céline Dion’s concert, and the value was spot on. The room was clean and comfortable, complete with a private bathroom, while the rest of the flat was shared. The terrace was huge and very quiet. Walking a few minutes to tram 2, which heads to the Arena, makes it a solid choice. A minor hiccup: we didn’t receive the access codes upon arrival, but the issue was fixed quickly.

The location is quite convenient for reaching La Défense, with simple connections. The accommodation is in a very quiet and secure spot, and the terrace is lovely. Parking access is complicated: you have to park on the street, then retrieve a badge at the apartment and return to park; three doors with three different codes must be passed, and the phone must not drop the signal! It’s a pity there isn’t a coffee offered in the morning with a capsule machine available. I had to walk 500 m to a bar at 7:30 am for coffee. The extra bed is really unsuitable for a third adult.

Nothing— I was scammed. I received a call at 21:00 (after I had settled into the room) asking me to move to another address at a friend of the owner’s place on an inflatable mattress because of overbooking (a family downstairs was waiting for my room and supposedly had booked before me). I felt tricked and the situation was very stressful; they told me they had contacted Booking to cancel my room, but that didn’t happen. I didn’t get a refund and had to find a hotel urgently at a very high rate (because there was no availability).
