“Best stay in Katra”

The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the staff gave us fantastic advice the day before our trip to Vaishno Devi, which helped us have an amazing darshan. Because there were few guests, we got fresh parathas and dosas on demand, and dinner was very fresh and reasonably priced. Their Jammu Rajma was outstanding. I would have liked a gym; some of us felt more sore the next day after the massage, so I hope the masseuse takes that as constructive feedback.

Nothing. Booked for 2 adults and 2 kids both 15yrs. Age with twin room for 2 days, reached on 7th july at 9:30pm. The guy on reception checked our booking and said we have only 1room with 1double bed. Which was not true, I showed him my booking and he said check with booking. Com as they are not responsible. After 15 minutes argument he agreed to give family room and said he is doing favour to us. He was very rude and this is not finished, now he surprised me saying that we need to pay for room as they didn't receive money . I showed him receipt and even by card payment details, then he called someone and agreed to give room. I will never recommend this hotel. Even Ac was not working properly, room was smelling so bad, fridge and tv was not working. And many more issues

“A well located good hotel for Devi Darshan at optimum cost.”

The staff were very cooperative and polite, but the room‑service and housekeeping schedules need improvement. There were delays with housekeeping, the toiletries were subpar, and the cars provided for dropping off at the helipad were of poor quality.

The location was excellent, but the room facilities left something to be desired.

“Good location, view of Vaishnodevi walking route. Nice gardens, good roses. Naturally rose Pemorning”

Breakfast was okay. The South Indian items like idli and chutneys were burnt, while the North Indian poori was good. The cut fruit was fresh, the achar was over‑salted, and the horseradish sauce was mislabeled as mint chutney—labeling is needed. I liked the pure vegetarian options. South Indian dishes need better cooking methods; otherwise everything else was fine.
