I had my luggage stored before check‑in and they promised to bring it to my room, which was a huge help after finishing my errands. However, the towel service for consecutive nights required a request at the lobby, and because I had commitments from morning to evening, I couldn’t get them on time. The room phone to the front desk was unusable (probably under repair), so I reused the towels.

The staff were very kind, and the room was reasonably spacious and comfortable. The provided slippers were hard to use, and a booking error meant the hotel didn’t receive payment, which was disappointing.
