The staff were friendly. They claimed breakfast was included, but we asked at 7:30 am because the tour was set to start at 8 am; they said yes, but then the manager hadn’t woken up yet, so we only got tea and coffee.

The staff were available and efficient in arranging transport for us. The breakfast was very average.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly reception staff, particularly a sweet young girl who made a great first impression. Our room was fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's amenities and service.

Our host's extreme kindness and prompt resolution to a bus reservation issue left us incredibly grateful. He resolved the problem in no time, and we couldn't thank him enough for his help.
