The location was good, the room was spacious and the staff were lovely, but the bathroom had a leaky sink and the shower’s water pressure made it very difficult to use.

The details are great, the staff are very friendly, the facilities are complete and affordable, and especially the rooms are super tidy and clean. The beach is only a 10‑minute walk away, and overall we are very satisfied and comfortable staying at Natasya Beach Kuta. Nice!

The personnel are friendly and the location is close to the center. The establishment is very old, very noisy, and does not meet my expectations at all.

The hotel is definitely worth it, the staff are good, the rooms are huge, there is a smart TV, a kettle, a fridge, even a hair dryer, and the Wi‑Fi is excellent. Highly recommended!
