The location was great; we wanted to be away from the city. The air conditioning was perfect. They didn't provide water, so you had to buy it at the bar. The sheets were old and the beds were poorly made, not looking freshly made. Only one of the rooms had a jacuzzi.

The bed was comfortable. The cleanliness of the accommodation was lacking; the bathroom and toilets were dirty.

I'm a regular customer; the staff are always very friendly and helpful, which is the best part, and it's in full nature, very accessible for visiting Garajonay National Park. They could add a microwave; it would make heating food much easier, since the stove didn't work well. The house cleaning was good, but the kitchen could be cleaner, especially the utensil drawer and the stove.

I loved how the place put me right in nature, letting me really unplug, but the house was dirty and we had to buy cleaning supplies to tidy it ourselves.
