Right in the old quarter, just steps away. The flat is on the first floor. Spotlessly clean, great wifi, and a quiet spot to rest. The bed was very comfy. Highly recommend. Nothing to complain about.

The rooms were spotless and the beds super comfy. Street parking is available. It’s practically right next to the old town, and there’s a big supermarket close by.

The location’s perfect for strolling into the old city, with restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast was lovely. Everything was great.

It was a very pleasant surprise. The owner was extremely helpful and explained exactly what we needed to do and what was available. The room was quite large and extremely clean, looking like a brand‑new rental. We had two small glasses of tap water and some snacks that arrived very fresh. The smell was pleasant and fresh, no mold issues. The air conditioning worked and the fan was functional, though I didn’t need the fan. We had shower gel, shampoo, and enough paper towels. There’s a big mirror in the room, which my girlfriend loved. Cleaning is done every two days. The location is very close to the center and in a quiet area. I slept very well and everything was perfect. We highly recommend it!

The B&B is in an excellent spot, very close to the center. The host is extremely kind and caring. He gave us a well‑prepared guide to visit Matera and was very friendly.
