The location is great and the staff is friendly, but the elevator makes a loud noise when stopping, which we reported. In the last night, some guests were really noisy.

The hotel feels rather intimate, with only a few rooms on each floor. The room was quiet and I got a good rest. It’s in an excellent location, just a few steps from one of Prague’s main metro interchange stations, Wenceslas Square and the Old Town Square. Breakfast was decent. The rooms have started to look a little dated, and the entire building is served by only one rather slow elevator, even though the building has many floors.

The staff were very friendly, but I was disappointed by the roof terrace – it was just a roof with old chairs, no flair and no bar.

La amabilidad del personal, ubicación del hotel, instalaciones y su excelente desayuno. Deben revisar la posibilidad de colocar 2 elevadores en el mismo espacio del elevador actual, el cual es insuficiente en algunos horarios para atender tantos huéspedes de los 8 pisos

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is nice, and the room is clean and comfortable. Nothing else to add.
