Everything was great—fun activities, good value, and a convenient location—so we had a wonderful time, though the room's ventilation made a noticeable noise.

The staff were all fantastic, especially Karim at reception and the restaurant team; they treated us like royalty, and the food was excellent. It’s perfect for families, and the price covered full board, lodging, and station passes for stays over six nights, so the value was spot on. The only downside is that the rooms and bathrooms could use a refresh.

Everything was very comfortable, and the club offered plenty of ways to enjoy a pleasant summer holiday. A special thank you to all the staff, particularly Karim at reception, who helped us a lot. The hotel feels a bit “vintage.”

“Good value when you are not staying at peak season”

The hotel is very close to the slopes, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the accommodation clearly dates back to the 70s or earlier, with standards from that era.

The hotel was in a good location, with good breakfast and many facilities. Our room had a great view to the mountains. The room was small and there was very limited space for two people. There was no service in the room during a 1-week stay, not even to empty the bins and renew the toilet paper. We had to go and buy our own. It was a shame and it sort of ruined the experience
