“Geräumige Zimmer mit großen angenehmen Betten”
Spacious, clean, great location. The beds are huge, the noise isolation is excellent, and a kitchen is available.

It’s just a place to sleep, I guess. The building looks older and the apartment feels run down and cramped. The surroundings aren’t great, and there’s no hair conditioner.

We booked a king‑size bed room; the comfort was perfect, not just the bed but also a small sofa, desk, a bathroom with a washing machine, a kitchenette, and plenty of space to unpack and store items, which isn’t common in Tokyo or other large Japanese cities. The room was well sound‑proofed, so trains and subways didn’t disturb us (the hotel sits near the tracks and a metro station). The staff were kind and attentive, though their English was very basic, but translation apps made communication easy, and they even offered to hold your luggage until check‑in. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, a bit away from the main tourist areas, but everything is easily reachable by metro.
