The staff who greeted us were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and the mattresses extremely comfortable. The pastries were also very good. We had chosen a room with two beds because my daughter and I wanted separate beds. The staff told us we were the only guests and that no other booking was scheduled. We were surprised that only one of the two beds was made when we arrived, especially since she knew we were coming and had time to prepare the room properly. The room was also very dusty and clearly lacked cleanliness. We also found crumbs on the breakfast area chairs. Regarding breakfast, the orange juice was stale and tasted very sharp. The coffee was bad. The butter seemed quite old. The jams were presented in pretty little jars, but they had no lids, which is not very reassuring hygienically. The accommodation is about 15 minutes from Nègrepelisse, in the countryside, quite isolated and in the middle of nowhere. That may suit some people looking for calm, but you need to be aware. Finally, the rate displayed in the room was €60 per night, while we paid €70, with no explanation for the price difference. In the end, despite a pleasant welcome, a spacious room and comfortable bedding, we were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness, some breakfast items and the price discrepancy.

The welcome was very good. The room was quite decent, and the bathrooms and equipment were also fine. The breakfast was very good, hearty, and high quality. The setting is quiet in the countryside. Overall, a pleasant stay. The only potential issue is the lack of a television.
