Nia was very helpful and understanding when we explained that the listing had said ‘with breakfast’ at the time of booking, yet we discovered that wasn’t the case upon arrival; she clarified the communication gap, but one of our main reasons for choosing this hotel was breakfast included, and in reality we had to arrange our own breakfasts twice, which left us feeling misled and still a significant issue.
