I liked the color scheme of the property and the location was convenient; the staff were friendly. However, the room wasn’t as clean as I’d expect, with dust bunnies on the floor near the bed, the pillows offered no support for the head or neck, and the room felt cramped.

It’s easy to find, just off the freeway near the village, and getting there is simple.

The property was close to our event, which was convenient, but the amenities were terribly disappointing. We were excited to use the pool and hot tub after a long day of travel, yet the jets in the hot tub didn’t work, the hot tub was filthy along with the pool, and there were no towels for drying off. Breakfast was awful: the bagels were hard, the selection was limited, and the sausage was soggy and salty. It was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had as a Hilton Honors member.

It was easy to find, but it wasn't as fancy as I expected.

We felt relaxed and laid back thanks to the facilities.
