The car couldn’t reach the lobby. The separate check‑in area and the room location caused some inconvenience.

The staff were very friendly and gracious. The hotel was clean and good. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Ninh Binh Legend. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The spa was good, the breakfast buffet was good. We stayed only for two nights, but we should have booked another night.

Great value and a tasty buffet breakfast, plus nice scenery around the hotel; when a problem with a local tour agency arose the female staff member Tam stepped in and sorted it out. It’s only the second place in Vietnam where I’ve found such good bang‑for‑buck, and I left feeling refreshed after a hot summer day. The only drawback was that the sky lounge would be better if it were a glass building with proper air‑conditioning in the summer heat.
