Unfortunately the security deposit was not returned; I tried to contact the property and received no response.

The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. The only downside was the smell of pot in the parking lot that drifted into the hotel.

The room was decent, but the bathroom felt old‑fashioned and I ran into ants. The pool itself was nice, yet the entrance wouldn’t open with the key, so we had to prop it all weekend.

Upon entering the room, I always check the beds and bathroom to see if it is nice and clean. The bed mattress cover was stained with black spots and the shower had what it look like as white-ish grey looking centipedes crawling around. Thank God I did not bring my belongs in the room. I called the hotel because I was so upset that I came on a trip with other family and let me without a place to stay so I am on the streets for the night. I called the front desk and the lady was nice but she said my room was none refundable. I couldn’t stay in a room with bugs crawling and I couldn’t even get part of my money back. Sad cause I usually don’t complain cause I understand the you pay for what you get but that was not it or fair to me.
