Check‑in was quick and hassle‑free, the hosts were friendly, the kitchen was well equipped, shops nearby, a nice courtyard with seating. The bathroom was relatively small, the shower drain smelled unpleasant, the water pressure in the shower was very low, despite a fly‑screen there were many mosquitoes in the room, and a dresser or a small wardrobe would have been nice.

The place is super quiet and a great base for lovely walks and trips to the Hainich.
The host was very friendly, there was a cozy courtyard. The cutlery in the larger holiday apartment was an issue, and the bathroom in the two‑room apartment was problematic.
The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We could join a reading titled “Gartenlust oder Gartenfrust” in a small cow‑stable, surprisingly amusing and we were delighted. The location was lovingly designed and everything was set up for comfort. The staircase to our apartment is metal. My grandson was very energetic at 4:30 and wanted to explore the area, so he used the stairs, which displeased a guest, though understandable.
