The facility and location were great, and everything local was easy to access. The parking lot felt a little sketchy.

The location was good. The property looks tired and needs a revamp and some TLC. The curtains don’t even cover the windows properly, and the bathrooms are old. Because of a mix‑up on their side, we were moved out of our room at 9 pm to change rooms, with zero communication. Staff were overwhelmed and untrained. I would not stay here again or recommend it.

We drove around the mountains trying to find it, and after three attempts we finally located it. No one was there at 2 pm. I called the number on the locked door and nobody answered. We were charged for a room we couldn’t stay in.
