The staff were fantastic and helpful, answering every question; the place was quiet, safe, close to many shops and the pier. I had to leave early because of a family emergency, which I didn't like.

The hotel is well‑located in the center of La Dorada, close to everything needed for a good stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, and willing to assist. The cleanliness of the room entrances was not great, probably the worst part of the hotel. There is no elevator and the stairs are narrow.
