The house is a spacious masía beside the river. Rebeca handled cleaning and check‑in well, 9 out of 10, property 2. The most critical issues are: the electrical installation does not meet regulations – it lacks a ground (as shown by the car charger). There is a serious water leak in the ceiling of the upstairs shower; comments have noted this since Oct 25, and water with rust falls while you shower. The bathroom door doesn’t close, so privacy is lost. The air‑conditioning is only in the corridors and only partially serves the rooms. The house could be beautiful, but it clearly needs a major renovation. We didn’t take photos.

The garden is large, fenced, and close to the city centre.

Getting there was very easy. The host came at arrival to explain a few things and welcome us. The finca is fully fenced, perfect for our pets. It sits beside the riera, with a fantastic, not too busy walk. There is a parking spot inside the finca on the side, not in front of the door. A few small fixes would be nice, and I’d suggest telling her directly.

The outdoor area and barbecue are great, and the location is very nice—close to town and quiet. The cutlery was low quality, the kitchen felt disorganised, and the living room had two tiny, child‑size sofas, which felt odd. For the price the rest was okay. The bathroom sink leaked.
