Everything was pleasing from the moment of arrival: the staff were courteous, the rooms were clean, and the only downside was the lack of cutlery in the room.

Nothing special! The room lacked a refrigerator, the pillowcases were torn and the pillows were uncomfortable, and there was no holder for the shower spray in the shower cabin.

The location, cleanliness, comfort, and staff were all excellent.

The reception is only partially functional during nights and early mornings. You cannot pay or get an invoice if you arrive late (23.00, in my case) or leave very early in the morning (before 9.00). As the payment cannot be done through Booking directly, this is a real problem, when you do not know it in advance

I had to stay beyond my checkout time because of a scheduling conflict, and the hotel let me stay later at no extra charge because I was traveling with a baby; I even offered to pay, but they said it was fine given our situation. The only reason we left was that there wasn’t a small cooking area or a small fridge in our room, which would have made us stay much longer.
